Shtetl 2.0™ Programs
Most Village programs are created and led by our members. Our vibrant program calendar is coordinated by the Program Team under the leadership of Sherri Cohen.
Explore our Events Calendar for for a variety of engaging offerings:
- Cultural Events & Outings - Enjoy group visits to museums, gardens, parks, and other local cultural gems. Watch our weekly newsletter, The Shtetl Shmooze, and our Facebook page for details!
- Educational & Resource Programs - Discover new in-person and Zoom-based workshops, classes and expert-led talks as members share their expertise on a wide range of topics. Have something you’d love to teach? Let us know!
- Shabbat Meals - We host occasional potluck Shabbat meals in members’ homes. Keep an eye out for sign-up links!
- Ongoing Member-Led Interest Groups - When 4–5 members share an interest, we help launch regular meet-ups once or twice a month. Groups may include walking or exercise, arts and crafts, reading or film discussions, writing, games, cooking—anything our members dream up!
- Public Drop-In Socials - Join us for coffee, tea, and great conversation via Zoom. Drop in and say hello!
If you have an idea for a program or event, reach out to Sherri Cohen. She’ll connect you with the right Program Team member—new volunteers are always welcome!
Most programs are free of charge to our members. Non-members may attend up to three programs before being asked to join Shtetl 2.0™ as a member.
