Shtetl 2.0™ membership does not require membership in any congregation/community.

However, we are delighted to have received the endorsement of four local Jewish congregations/communities, who have recognized the value of Shtetl 2.0™ to older adults in Northwest Philadelphia:

This endorsement allows us to publicize our project and programs within the congregations/community and to cite their endorsement and use their logos in our general publicity. 

Several of them have also generously offered use of their space and occasional support of their staff members, as may be available.

We are pleased and honored to announce that starting in February 2025 Jewish Family and Children’s Service (JFCS) has joined the four area congregations in endorsing Shtetl 2.0™. We will be collaborating with their staff by suggesting and promoting programs and services by JFCS that will serve our members at the nearby Brodsky Enrichment Center.

We appreciate JFCS’s expression of support and look forward to this exciting collaboration!
